Gratitude practice is often talked about in the self-help and mental-health space as a way to cope and create better habits — but did you know gratitude is actually a Biblical command?

This verse tells us to “rejoice always” and to “give thanks in ALL circumstances.” It says this is God’s will for us as believers.

But rejoicing doesn’t mean pretending everything is fine… it means inviting Jesus into every part of our story — even the hard parts.

As we move into a season of gratitude and thanksgiving, this verse has been sitting heavily on my heart. I don’t know about you, but I needed this reminder today. 🤍
